Passports

Check your passport to see if it’s nearing its expiry date and allow plenty of time to renew it if needed, this can take up to 10 weeks.

Take another means of identification (preferably with a photograph).

keep your passport secure at all times. Unless you are required to carry the original document, keep your passport in a safe location.

Make sure you have the necessary Visas before travelling. For more information, speak to one of our staff.

Ensuring that your holidays are appropriately protected is one of our main priorities. That's why we have partnered with Holiday Extras so you can get a travel insurance quote to protect you before and whilst you are travelling.

Health

Visit your doctor well in advance of travelling (ideally 4-6 weeks before) to discuss any medical measures needed for your destination, including vaccinations.

If you have an underlying health condition, make sure it's stable before you travel and ask your doctor whether flying or your specific destination poses any risks (e.g. altitude, extreme heat, long-haul flights).

Check whether your destination has specific health risks such as malaria, altitude sickness, or unsafe tap water, and follow recommended precautions.
